We recommend uploading files that are at the limit of your account package. If you have a 128kbps plan, we recommend uploading files that are only 128kpbs at a sample rate of 44.1khz (44100 Hz) Stereo, and mp3 format. Our system is not geared to run anything else other than 44.1Khz Stereo mp3 files (22050 for 64kbps), and as a result, any other settings may fail. Files that are uploaded differently will not be supported. Please refer to your package for the proper bit rate.
