We discovered our billing system had an issue that affected new purchases only on January 24, 2020, through January 26, 2020.

The issue has been mitigated and is now marked "Resolved".

All new purchases during that time period had the respective service manually created, and all new clients were informed of their server details.

This issue did not affect renewals during this time period.
