If you get disconnected from the server, or are unable to connect, and you see message about being disconnected gracefully, it means that you have the wrong version of SHOUTcast selected in SAM.
We currently use SHOUTcast v1 servers. To ensure you have the proper setting, please do the following:
1 - Double click on your encoder
2 - Click on the Server Details tab
3 - Right above where you entered your server ip/address, select SHOUTcast v1
4 - Click "ok"
5 - Try connecting to your server again.
If are still unable to connect to the server, and continue to receive this message, please submit a ticket for assistance.
