Check the Encoder
Confirm the encoder is connected and actively transmitting. A connected encoder with no input audio will produce silence.
Check the Audio Source
Verify that SAM Broadcaster is actually playing a song or other audio source. Check the deck, queue, and mixer levels.
Check the Mixer
Make sure the audio source is routed to the output being used by the encoder. If the mixer is muted or the output level is at zero, the encoder may remain connected without useful audio.
Check the Server
Confirm that your digiSTREAM server is online and that the AutoDJ/live source is not competing for the same stream connection.
Test With Another Source
If possible, test with another known-good audio file or source. This can help determine whether the problem is with the music file or the broadcast configuration.
Still No Audio?
If the encoder remains connected but no audio reaches listeners, check the server status and listener player. If you see a SAM Broadcaster error code, search the Knowledge Base for that code.
