Verify Requests Are Enabled
Make sure the request system is enabled in SAM Broadcaster and that your station's request settings permit listeners to submit requests.
Check the Requested Song
Confirm that the requested song exists in your music library and is available to the playlist or request system.
Check Request Limits
Review station settings that limit how often a listener can request a song or how many requests may be active.
Check the Request Interface
If the request page is unavailable, verify that SAM Broadcaster's request server and related settings are operating correctly.
Error 200
If SAM Broadcaster reports Error 200 while processing requests, search the Knowledge Base for '200' or 'Error 200' for the dedicated troubleshooting article.
