Check Station Status
Verify that the station is online and that the expected source is connected. If AutoDJ is used, confirm that AutoDJ has started successfully.
Check for Audio
Do not stop at an online status. Confirm that an actual track or live program is being transmitted and that a listener can hear it.
Check Song Titles
If your station uses metadata, verify that the current artist and title are updating. See Song Titles Are not Showing if they are missing.
Check the Live/AutoDJ Source
Make sure the correct source is active. A live DJ and AutoDJ should not compete for the same stream.
Test From More Than One Connection
If possible, verify the stream from another device or Internet connection. This helps distinguish a station problem from a single listener’s network problem.
If Audio Is Still Missing
Use My Station Is Online but Nobody Can Hear It or the appropriate AutoDJ or DJ-software troubleshooting article.
